All guests should carry a valid ID, passport or clear passport copy- Life jackets should be wearing during the trip - Animal is not allowed on board - Shoes should not be wearing inside the Yacht. - 18 years old below must be accompanied by parents or guardian - Swimming is not allowed after the sunset - The Captain has the total authority over seamanship and the safety of the crew and passengers.All booking confirmation is subject to availability and will be confirm by replying to the request.Confirmed booking can be amended before 48 hours of the booking date.

Number of persons should be confirming one day before of the booking.Any expenses incurred as a result of committing such acts of illegal, noisome or offensive will be charge to the client 

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment should be in advance to book and confirm the reservations Payment could be done by cash deposit, wire transfer or online payment via Pay Tabs.Effective from 01st January 2018, 5% VAT will be levied on all bookings as per new UAE law.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the reservation is cancelled by below reasons, 100% of the total amount is refundable Weather Condition Coast Guard Restriction Mechanical Failure UAE Law Enforcement - Non-Guarantee booking can be cancelled with prior notice

Any modification or cancellation should be communicated to us 24 hours arrival date, and we should approve by return email, the requested amendments. 

In case of cancellation or no show, within the 24 hours, full amount will be charged
